The opinion was delivered 9-0 in favor of MGM Studios and against Grokster and it's associates. I agree wholeheartedly with the Supreme Courts opinion.
I am an Audio Engineer currently attending the Art Institute of Las Vegas for an Audio Productions degree. I acquired a taste for audio productions and audio engineering three to four years ago when I found certain programs such as Protools and Audacity and have since found a fascination with the production and editing of sound bytes, sound files, music, and general sound design. I’m also an avid gamer and wish to pursue a career in the gaming field as an audio engineer or sound designer for companies such as Microsoft, Valve, and Bethesda. I have six years experience playing the Tuba in a multitude of styles, two years playing Jazz Trombone, four years playing Piano in a multitude of styles (although generally revolving around swing, jazz, ragtime and classical) and an accumulative time of approximately one year playing Baritone, Trumpet, Bass Trombone and Euphonium. On top of my musical endeavors and gaming fascination I also spend an extravagant amount of time in motorsports, especially in sand. I have been riding and racing quads and motorcycles for over thirteen years now and am quite an accomplished motorsport enthusiast.
